Positive Impact is a small business owned and operated by me, Onna. From a young age, I’ve always had a natural love for wanting to help people and cleanliness/organization. As I got older, that passion turned into something more—I began cleaning for others on and off, and quickly realized how much I enjoyed being able to help them. What truly motivates me is knowing I’m making a difference in people’s lives. Seeing the smiles on their faces and knowing I’ve helped lighten their load, even in a small way, is what makes this work so meaningful to me.

After working several different jobs and constantly feeling stuck, I reached a point where I was mentally drained—tired of sitting behind a computer all day and craving something more meaningful. By Spring of 2025, I knew it was time for a change. Something inside me said, “It’s time,” and I listened. I took the leap—and here we are.

I didn’t want to create just another cleaning business where I show up, clean, get paid, and leave. I wanted it to be more than that. I wanted to build something with heart—something that makes real connections with people. To me, it’s not just about cleaning a space; it’s about showing my clients that their home truly matters. My goal is to transform each space into something lighter, calmer, and more manageable—so my clients can breathe easier and let go of one more source of stress.

That’s why I named my business Positive Impact—because that’s what I aim to leave behind, every single time.
